Businesses focus on how they manage their supply chain. Supply chain management can be defined as the management of relationships with all stakeholders, to deliver superior customer value at less cost to the supply chain as a whole. To do this effectively, logistics is required to coordinate the complex operations involving people, facilities and supplies. This course will help students understand how to optimize the flow of products and services as they are planned, sourced, made, and delivered to give the business or industry a competitive advantage. (This course can only be used towards Bachelor of Applied Science programs.)
